Rob Spring Photography

Rob is an AMAZING photographer. He has a personality that puts everyone at ease to take fantastic photos. He captured all of the important moments and added creative flair specific to us. All of our guests liked him and he was amenable to any requests. We loved our photo shoot experience with him. Even at our reception he caught amazing moments without us even seeing him! Seeing without being seen, it was perfect. Thanks again!!

Rob and Ray were fantastic. Ray did our engagement and wedding pictures and they were absolutely beautiful and at a great price!

The minute I met Rob at a wedding show I knew I had to have him be our wedding photographer! Not only was he completely professional, but he also had a very welcoming and easy demeanor. He was able to work within our budget and never put up 'smoke screens' and offered us something he couldn't deliver. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement session and was never but a phone call or email away and was always very prompt with a response! On our wedding day Rob was able to capture such amazing pictures, yet you would hardly even know he was there because he simply blended right in! My husband and I have and will continue to recommend Rob to anyone who is getting married, he was simply that good!!

It was such a pleasure working with Rob Spring! My sister and I both asked Rob to be our wedding photographer and we couldn't have been happier with his photos. They are absolutely beautiful! He didn't miss shooting any part of the wedding day and provided us with many photos to choose from. Rob also took the photos from many different perspectives which provided us with many amazing and different shots. Not only did he capture the whole day perfectly but he was also so nice to work with. He was extremely professional and attentive to what we wanted. I couldn't have had a better photographer!

Rob and Ray were a pleasure to work with. Rob did all of the behind the scenes while Ray was our actual photographer. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. Anytime I had a question they answered immediately. They had great ideas for pictures. I recently got my pictures back and they are absolutely fantastic. I am so glad I found Rob Spring Photography.

Rob was GREAT to work with! The whole experience was easy and fun. I may have been stressed about a lot of things, but the photographer was never one of them. Lots of variety in the pictures, and all came out amazing.

Rob wasn't available for our date, but his assistant, Ray was available. He was great! Very professional but also fun, creative and easy-going. If you are open and willing to do some different poses he comes up with, you get some really beautiful shots. He was there for the entire day, but you would never know it. He was never in your face or in the way, but you could always find him if you wanted a specific shot. Really great guy to work with and really good photographer!

Rob Spring was amazing. I live in New York City and was commuting to Saratoga Springs, where my wedding took place. Rob was always willing to make time to meet me when I was making a trip upstate. We also had our gorgeous engagement pictures taken by Rob, so we were extra comfortable on our big day. Before our wedding, Rob sent me a form to fill out so that we were on the same page as to which pictures were most important, and he asked for a list of family by name, which really made everyone more comfortable and our time more efficient while doing family photos. Friends and family have told us our photos look like they were taken for a magazine. Rob was wonderful to work with from start to finish and we couldnt be happier with the result and product.

I had a huge bridal party and im sure it became chaotic at times! Ray handled it well and so far my pictures have been so captive and artistic. It's right up my alley style wise and they were very affordable!

Rob was booked for another event the day of our wedding, so we actually worked with Ray Stockwell, who works through Rob Spring. Ray was fun, relaxed, and down-to-earth. Some of our friends and family members are a little...interesting...and he handled their personalities perfectly. We are very satisfied with our photos, especially our outdoor ones. We had a winter wedding, and our outdoor photos were taken after dark, but Ray did a wonderful job setting up and using the lighting to create VERY romantic photos. Rob was also wonderful to work with. He was very quick to answer questions and keep communication open. We are very happy with the end result.

Adore Rob Spring, adore his photography, adore his rates! Definitely pick this guy up before he raises his prices... because he SHOULD, and he evenutally will. If i could score him a 10 out of 5 on value, I would! Very responsive... one of the times I spoke to him on the phone early on I found out later he was at the airport picking up his mother in law! Didn't miss a beat. His photos are dreamy and creative, but in an extremely real and unfussy way. Plus he's just a very cool, fun, and down to earth dude. After meeting him and talking to him just a few times, it really felt like he was more like a guest at the wedding than a "vendor". My wedding was a whirlwind, it was over in a snap and I barely remember a thing. I do vaguely remember at some point asking if anybody had seen the photographer, because I hadn't seen him all night once the party started! Rob Spring is a photography ninja. I have very little recollection of much interaction with him all night, but my guests assure me he was all up in the action all night long. I didn't even notice. And isn't that the whole point??! It's only been 2 weeks and we haven't seen our whole collection of photos yet, but Rob did send us a preview of 15 photos one week after the wedding, which I'm obsessed with and look at every other day! We worked with a different photographer on our engagement photos and didn't see even a PREVIEW for a month and a half, so that was a very nice and much appreciated surprise! I think he'd be as layed back or traditionally formal as you'd want him to be... we wanted a more layed back and photojournalistic approach and he dug it. He may specialize in it. He was completely fine with us not wanting to put together a "shot list", and was as equally down with the few quirky and silly ideas we had for some of the photos we wanted. I think working with Rob is one of the few things about our wedding that I would not consider doing differently! I can't say enough wonderful things about the guy. :)

What can we say? We just didn't know how properly thank Rob for being such a huge (yet ninja-like!) part of our day. Things just HAPPENED, seamlessly, and the end results are AMAZING. He is as charismatic as he is talented. :-) We'd planned a NY wedding from allll the way out in AZ, it rained allll morning the day of, and yes, we'd never met Rob in person prior to the big day (though mom & dad had)... tensions were high for all sorts of typical wedding reasons as we all arrived one by one at the venue and he INSTANTLY put everyone at ease. Amazing. Formal photos were effortless. Our extended families commented on just how quickly & smoothly everything flowed, "EVERYONE should do it this way!" ...high praise indeed from a group not easily impressed. Photos throughout the rest of the evening were the perfect balance. We knew there would be plenty of photos of us on the dancefloor, and Rob caught every tradition along the way, but he wasn't "in our faces" and we heard nothing but praise from guests - days and weeks after the event - for things that we hadn't even seen while we were busy having fun! We don't know how he did it; he was invisible, yet everywhere. Rob gave us a stress-free day and captured it so beautifully - we'll be able to look back on it together and smile forever. We can't wait until the next happy occasion to have him join us again. Hire him - you won't regret it! ~ Diana & Will

Rob Spring was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive and helpful in planning out day. He was always responsive and professional and equally important, he was a pleasure to work with. All of our guests commented on how wonderful he was! AND for the icing on the cake, we didn't have to put a huge hole in our budget to afford him!! He was priced much more reasonably than the many other photographers we met with. It's nice to have a vendor that is so very organized and takes complete responsibility for their job 110%. The end product of our photos came out beautiful! Rob has a gift of capturing some of the best moments and using his creativity. My husband and I highly recommend Rob Spring to anyone for their events. Go and hire him! =)
