We met with many caterers before deciding to go with Pangaea. We made the right choice!The food was fabulous. Tasty and beautiful to look at. We had a few tastings and everything was to our liking. Pam and Bill were very flexible to give us the perfect food for a perfect day. Service and bar were reasonably priced.Downside- we signed a contract for 100 people and they held us to that, even with 2 weeks notice. Upside- they gave us the extra food to go! Yum!

Bill and Pam at Pangaea were amazing. We were able to customize a unique and affordable menu. Both were exceptional at tailoring the menu for dietary contraints. They were very responsive via e-mail and helped us rent glassware, etc. The food is truly wonderful. We ended up having our rehearsal dinner at Pangaea. We were under a tight budget, and they made a wonderful and affordable meal with nice wine -- so flexible. The reception was more exotic and everything was very good. Their wait staff is very nice, and they are professionally dressed. Bill and Pam are very organized. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
