Mike is much more than a DJ. He coordinated our day of celebration with finesse! His professoonalism is exemplary and his talent and expertise allowed us to be stress-free all day. He created a perfect dance mix for my family and friends. All day we kept receiving endless comments about how great our DJ was! I highly recommend Mike!

My expectations for my wedding day were high and you exceeded them x 10. I had such a wonderful night! You got everyone dancing, up and moving! If I needed ANYTHING you were always there. I enjoyed the planning process wih you and I am so honored you were able to DJ at our wedding. You deserve 10*'s but they don't go that high! Thank you for everything.

I would highly recommend Mike from Music Man Entertainment for anybody getting married. I live out of state and Mike and I planned everything over the phone. Mike was very easy to get in touch with and when I did need to leave a voicemail he was very prompt about getting back to me. Mike is very personable and very accommodating. I had the idea of incorporating a slideshow into our bridal party introductions (I didn't get the slideshow done, so it didn't happen!) and he was one of the only DJs that said it wouldn't be a problem and it was something he could do. My husband and I had a lot of young people at our wedding and we wanted everyone on the dance floor. Mike made it happen and it was high energy until 12 p.m.!! Mike is awesome and I would highly recommend hiring him!

Music Man Entertainment -- DJ Mike Garrasi -- was simply awesome, awesome, AWESOME! A colleague had referred me to Mike (who DJ'd at my colleague's wedding) and I hit it off with him from the very first telephone call. He listened to our preferences, the type of vibe we were seeking for our special day, he understood the ages and personalities of our guests, and put together an amazing set that really set the perfect tone for our day, from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception....right down to the final dance. He was professional, responsive, helpful, and really helped keep my at ease in the months leading up to the wedding. I truly thank Mike and give him all the credit for making our wedding an amazing, and memorable, event for both my new husband and I, as well as our guests. We heard lots of people say it was one of the nicest weddings they've ever attended, and a few people commented that they "haven't danced like that in years!" The music and his MC'ing the special dances and announcements were spot-on. I would recommend him to all brides looking for the perfect DJ, and if I ever need a DJ in the future, I'll be calling Music Man Entertainment in a heartbeat! Mike was awesome. Our guests had a blast with him. Any questions we had he was right there. If we were to do it all over again we would definitely have Mike again.

Mike was very professional. He was great at keeping people on the dance floor. Even though he is really busy he made every effort to make us feel us feel special and make sure all our needs were met and all our questions were answered. Couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended!

Music man was amazing...he was a pleasure to work with..he responded to my emails and phone calls within an hour. Mike was so helpful with picking out songs, he was so excited to DJ my wedding and he made the atmosphere at the wedding rock. My guest raved about him after the wedding and I am so happy we used Mike. I have nothing but great things to say about him and I would recommend him to anyone!

We had a few different ideas which were very important to us music wise. When we ran our ideas past Mike he was very receptive and used every idea we requested. Once at the wedding, Mike seemed to go out of his way to make sure all of our music requests were met. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone!!!!! He was a huge part of making our wedding what it was.

Great job! Mike kept the party going, got most of our guests out on the dance floor. Our wedding day would not have been so perfect if we had a different DJ.

All I have to say is that if you want to have an AMAZING wedding Mike Grassia is a definate must have for your wedding then. He was so easy to work with and really understood how my fiance and I wanted our big day to be. We gave him a short list of some of our favorite songs and he just filled in the gaps whit what he felt was going to give the wedding a nice flow and I couldn't have done better myself (and I am a perfectionist!!)My husband loves classic rock and although i do share his love of the classics, sometimes they are not appropriate for a wedding . But he insisted on having our cocktail hour all classic rock so mike picked out some great songs and threw in a few of my favorites and it was so perfect. All night long our guests danced. The dance floor was full from the minute we put our forks down to the very end of the night. So thank you Mike for a wonderful night I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!!!

I can't possibly list all of the ways Mike Garrasi was great. He was flexible, he was organized, he instantly understood our taste and music, and made our wedding unique to us and also incredibly fun for every single guest. The dance floor was full from the moment the dinner was finished to the last song. I'd recommend him for anyone, especially young brides looking for an energetic, fun, non-cheesey (he didn't play "The Chicken Dance"-- and bless him for that) wedding.

Can't find enough words! He made our day so special. Smooth sailing, comfortable, so much fun and made me feel so at ease. He was confident and organized. Let me start by saying Mike is amazing. He is so full of energy, every time I talked to him was fun. Now let me back up. I got engaged 2 years before my actual wedding. We were also moving from NY to NC and I knew I wanted the wedding in NY so I wanted to have all the big things planned like the dj, the photographer, the venue, etc before we moved. Me and my mom went to a bridal show at longfellows were we met Mike. Now, I was also looking at another dj who also played guitar. We met with this guy and he was ok, and he kept going down in price so we would book him. Well I gave mike a call just for the heck of it and as soon as I said my name he was said, "ok Kara! I met you and your mom, Michele at the longfellows bridal show!!" well within 5 minutes of talking to him I knew I had to have him DJ our wedding. I told him I wanted a Christmas wedding and he just started listing all this music he could play and everything he suggested was perfect. He gave me a sheet to fill out with songs I wanted to play as our first dance, etc and I filled it out. Well about 6 months later I changed my mind and asked if I could redo it and within a few days I got a new sheet in the mail. About a week before the wedding he called me up since we were now in NC to make sure everything was all set. He went over how to pronounce people's names, how he would introduce people, etc. I also didn't want to walk to "here comes the bride" so he gave suggestions and even played me music over the phone. The wedding day was perfect. The music was perfect for all guests. Needless to say he got just about everyone out on the dance floor at some point and I know our bridesmaids and groomsmen had an amazing time dancing. If your looking for a dj that will make your wedding day perfect, look no further!!!

Mike was so great and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. He was so helpful in planning the order of events and answered all my questions so promptly. I would definitely recommend him for your DJ!

I as mother of the groom was very pleased with the way Mike performed at my son's wedding. He hosted the event rather than being the whole show as some DJ's I have witnessed at our friends childrens weddings. Mike knew how to read the guests, slow the music down for a bit and when people wanted to move he played a wide variety of music. Dinner was done well by easy listening music and we could easily talk with each other over the back ground music. The planning sessions went well with Mike as my son and daughter-in-law were so impressed on the ease of conversing with Mike, choosing the selections and his willingness to offer advice when asked. They also chose the uplighting and monogram from Mike and it was truly beautiful. Very well done. When my son told me they were going to use these effects I was so concerned that it would look cheap. What a surprise, the whole look added to the ambiance and beauty of the room. Our guests ages ranged from 20 years old to 89 and everyone was happy and could not say enough about Mike's professionalism. I am very grateful that Mike was the musical host at my son's wedding, as Mike added to the success of the night. Mike is both a true professional but also must be a psycholgist as well since he could read our guests well amd made all ages very comfortable. Mike also played at the wedding ceremony which surprised me as it truly sounded as though the ceremony was held in a cathedral. His whole sound system was the best I have ever heard at weddings.
