My husband and I booked Taia for the "day of" wedding planning package about a year prior to our wedding. Taia continually went above and beyond her call of duty to help us in every aspect of our planning process. She gave us suggestions and names for all the vendors that we used, emailed and held phone conversations pretty much on a monthly basis to answer questions and give advice regarding all our wedding planning questions. She was far more than a "day of" consultant. As the wedding got closer she was even more involved and on top of everything. Even when situations arouse just days before the wedding involving our caterer Taia stepped in, took care of everything, and allowed us to relax! Her staff on the wedding day was also fantastic! Always there when we needed them and genuinely happy to be helping in making our day special. Hiring Taia and her staff was the best decision we made and we know that our wedding would not have been anywhere close to what it was without them!!!

My husband and I had a backyard ceremony/reception on a budget, and we literally couldn't have done it without Taia and her staff at Inspired Occasions. Our guests were blown away with all of the DIY details and homey touches that Taia and I colaborated and executed upon to create a memorable event for all. We've received so many compliments on every aspect of the wedding, that it's unreal. She took our vision and turned it into a superb reality. While we saved money by growing our own flowers and doing our own bouquets, investing in Inspired Occasions' help yielded a priceless wedding day experience that we'll cherish forever. I can't recommend Inspired Occasions enough!

I had been dreaming about my wedding and planning it in my head for so long that I knew I wasn't going to hire a full wedding planner when I got engaged. Shortly after starting the official planning process I realized that I would definitely need someone to take over on the actual wedding day, plus it would be nice to have someone with experience available to answer questions along the way. I found Inspired Occasions on wedding wire and immediately contacted Taia. Taia was not available on my wedding day but she highly recommended Katelyn, one of her team members. Working with Katelyn was a dream come true. We immediately connected on the phone and I felt so at ease. Throughout the entire year of planning Katelyn was right there whenever I had any questions. She met with Kevin and me at our wedding venue to walk through all the spaces with us and was available for multiple in person meetings to go over details. The morning of the wedding I felt beyond relaxed. I thought I must be missing something because I am too calm, but no it was just Katelyn and all the hard work she and her team were doing to make sure my day went smoothly. Her team was so helpful and on top of everything that was going on. They decorated our reception site with all the DIY decorations we had crafted, told everyone where they needed to be and when and decorated our bridal suite with candles and rose petals (such a sweet touch to the end of our night). She even brought my bridesmaids and I the most epic "emergency kit" with seriously anything we could have possibly needed on the morning of the wedding day. My husband and I could not be happier with our experience working with Katelyn and Inspired Occasions. We would highly recommend Inspired Occasions to anyone who wants a perfect and stress-free wedding day!

What a winner!Taia IS THE BEST. She really knows how to cater to every level of involvement you need. We liked doing alot of the planning but she was helpful in making suggestions and being there for ANYTHING.Kind, friendly, stylish, smart, helpful - we were over the moon in love with all the problem solving, setting up she helped with. We hired Inspired Occasions almost a year before our wedding to assist us in planning every detail of our special day. It was hands down the best decision we ever made. Our day was flawless and we owe it all to Taia and her team! Both my husband and I work full time and we have a 1 year old so the full service planning that Inspired Occasions provided made the planning process enjoyable instead of stressful. Taia and her team were amazing throughout the entire planning process, but our wedding day was when they really sparkled. They had EVERY detail covered and every unexpected situation was planned for, including when I was just about to walk down the isle and noticed a little pink makeup spot on my dress. No worries though becauseTaia was right there with some white chalk for a quick cover-up!! I could go on and on all day about all the amazing details and originaliity that Inspired Occasions brought to our day, but I would be here forever. But I will say this...if you are planning a wedding or special event and you want the BEST of the BEST you must call Taia at Inspired Occasions. She helped make our day better than we could have ever imagined!!!

I don't think you could you possibly ask for a better Wedding Planner than Taia and her team at Inspired Occasions. Taia was always there when I needed her and was willing to work around irregular schedules. She was able to sense a bridal meltdown and erase its cause before it became a fully-grown monster. My wedding day was so seamless that its difficult to remember, in a good way! Did I mention our wedding was the day before Hurricane Irene hit upstate New York. All of that and we only hired her on for their day-of and rehearsal coordination. For brides who don't have the luxury of time, I'm sure going for the full-package would also result in a spectacular investment. My husband and I can't thank Taia enough!

The moment I spoke to Taia on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She inquired about every last detail of our wedding, and then assured me that it would go according to plan. Taia carried out the plan with intelligence, compassion, organization and patience. She helped me with every little detail, always answered calls and emails quickly. On my wedding weekend she coordinated all of the vendors and little details that make a wedding really special flawlessly-she just got it all perfect. On my wedding day when I found myself confused about something I would ask for Taia to help me-she is just an incredibly helpful and calming person during a time when a bride is experiencing many emotions. She was the best vendor choice I could have ever made for my wedding. She allowed me to enjoy my wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything, because Taia took care of it. She is the BEST! As my Mother put it "she is worth her weight in gold." Truly I can not recommend her highly enough. I was a very anxious bride but she made all of my worries disappear.

We started the wedding planning process as one of those "do we really need a planner" couples. However, after one meeting with Taia - we were hooked. She was very flexible with her packages and let us build the one we thought would be best for our needs and budget. She was always quick to respond emails and had some great referrals. About a month before our big day our wedding venue decided to start giving us a really hard time --however, Taia was quick to step in and not only helped navigate the situation, prepare a plan B if we needed it (which we didn't thankfully), and was there the entire day of making sure things were smoothly. Even my fiance, who was more skeptical than me in the beginning, agrees that not having a wedding planner (specifically Taia) would have been a mistake. Her team was also great and the service really felt upscale and professional. She was always quick to come up with a solution to any last minute issues. She also has great connections and relationships in the event planning community, which is a huge plus. She worked really well with all of our other venues. We highly recommend her!

Not being the bride, I can tell you that Taia did I great job of taking my perspective into account. She suggested Plan A and I didnt like it, she had Plan B-J ready on the spot (She had Plan K-Z ready shortly thereafter). Thus, she was open and flexible. She works to make sure its about you and not her.She was on time and she came prepared. The meetings were fairly painless (guys will love the efficiency). She has a to-do list to run by and she makes sure all is set.On the wedding night, our wedding suite had a bad AC, so she arranged for all of our stuff to be moved to another wedding suite while we were enjoying our wedding day. She went the extra mile to make everything go well.

Taia was priceless!!! After researching planners, Taia was reasonably priced and very flexible with her packages. We started the process of planning here in NY, but then changed mid way to a destination wedding in Mexico, and Taia didn't miss a step. She is highly organized, and I felt very comfortably allowing her to handle alot of the decisions. You can be as involved as you want in the planning. Again, all I can say is I would definitely recommend her, and am so thankful she was there with me.

Taia and her staff were wonderful, they were professional and dedicated. The wedding was a tremendous success because of their efforts.

After searching on line for help planning a unique rehearsal dinner I stumbled upon Taia's website. I knew after talking with her she was the prefect fit for what I had in mind. Since we live in Tennessee and the wedding was to be in Albany, I had my job cut out for me. Taia made it so easy. My son was planning a Paris honeymoon, so Taia came up with the idea to have a Parisian rehearsal dinner on the observation deck (44th floor) of the Corning Tower in downtown Albany. My only instructions were - it had to be chic, elegant, fun . . . something the guests would remember. Taia and her staff did it all! The event was everything I wanted. Several guests commented "it was the best rehearsal dinner they had ever attended". You will find Taia is wonderful to work with - she is a very creative person. Wish I could rate her higher than a 5.

I came to the seminar feeling very overwhelmed in my wedding planning process but the Inspired occasion's wedding planning seminar t Back to the Basics was fun and filled tons of helpful information on how to begin your wedding planning on a solid foundation. I left there with all the tools I needed to plan my dream wedding and feeling like I CAN DO THIS!!! I would recommend this seminar to anyone who is just starting out or to brides that need to get back on track like myself. I left the seminar with 3x times the information on wedding planning then before I walked in. The seminar was very helpful and Taia was a joy to work with. The value of the information that was given was PRICELESS!!!

Taia and her whole staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. I never had any doubt that our wedding would go just as I had envisioned it- they were so professional, trustworthy and friendly! I felt like they were old friends, not a service I had payed for... I would highly recommend Inspired Occasions to anyone planning a wedding- even if only for the day of (which is what we needed). Taia and her staff made sure I didn't have one worry on our big day, and I couldn't even keep track of how many people commented on how smooth and flawless everything went. Chris and I never thought we could fit a wedding planner in our budget, but after attending an Inspired Occasions wedding, we decided to give Taia a call. We are so happy we did. Between work and graduate school, we were overwhelmed with researching wedding vendors, and hadn’t been able to find a venue that fit our budget and vision. She helped us to find the perfect venue for our event, and kept us on schedule and on budget. Even when we switched gears on her and went from planning a summer wedding to a winter wedding in four months, Taia completely stepped up. Taia and her staff were wonderful. Taia was so easy to work with. She is so creative and really helped bring our vision for our day to life. Taia and her staff were so accomodating on our day and were there to take care of everything we needed. Even when i threw out last minute changes, it was done without hesitation. I was able to relax on my wedding day with not a care in the world because i knew they had taken care of everything. We couldnt have asked for a better planner for our wedding, she truley made everything perfect.

I couldn't have made it through the wedding process without Taia. I had little to no idea of how I wanted my special day to be when I first met her. After our inital meeting, she was able to figure out what my style was and what type of decor would suit me. She pulled images and samples accordingly. She made every effort to work within the budget. Everything turned out more beautiful than I could even have imagined. On the wedding day itself, she and her staff were fantastic. They handled everything so my day was stress-free. Taia and her staff are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding planner.
