Father Rich

Father Rich provided a spiritual ceremony for us when we could not have a traditional Catholic ceremony. We met with him a couple of times prior to the wedding so he was able to personalize our ceremony. He gave us a ceremony that was important to us that we otherwise could not achieve.

Father Rich was amazing! EVERYONE at our wedding was touched by Father Rich's moving ceremony. Each person told us that the ceremony was fantastic. Our goals were to have a spiritual ceremony, a ceremony about love more than dogma, and to have people participate in the ceremony and feel included. Father Rich hit all of these goals and more.

This is a very touchy subject for me. We booked Fr Rich on recommendations from other brides and once we met with him we thought he'd be perfect, even though he was rather expensive. We nailed down the details of our ceremony approximately two months before the wedding and that all went smoothly. However, when I tried to reach him the week of the wedding I was only able to speak to him for about five minutes on the phone and he said he'd call back. He never called and he didn't show up to our wedding! Instead he sent a replacement who showed up 30 minutes late and read our ceremony off a piece of paper. Two months later I still haven't gotten any type of apology or explanation for why he was a no-show. I believe he's very unprofessional and would not recommend him to others.
