Albany Aqu Ducks & Trolleys

We had the red trolley as our primary transportation for our bridal party and family members! The trolley was SO much fun! It was decorated beautifully for the wedding, with garlands of white roses wrapped around the interior. A sign congratulating the bride and groom was posted along the side. Our driver, (his name escapes me) was an absolute sweetheart and gentleman. He always helped all of the ladies in and out of the trolley and even escorted my mom through Washington Park as we walked around taking photos. They allowed us to bring beverages on board, which was great since it was a hot and humid day and everyone was guzzling water bottles!Our contact person, Maureen, was a joy to work with. She is a wealth of information about Albany, and shared some wonderful stories about the history of certain photo locations around town. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Albany Aqua Ducks!

We used the trolley for our wedding and it was so perfect! I appreciated that the driver was dressed in a tuxedo (great touch) and the trolley was decorated with white flowers (another nice touch). It was a hot hot hot day but they also provided ice cold water for us as we drove around downtown Albany taking wedding photos. So much better than a standard limo!

I also had booked a trolley about 6 months in advance from a company out of Saratoga. They called me the day before my wedding and cancelled. I found Albany Aquaducks and called them right away. They were extremely helpful and understood what I was going through. They were able to move around their own schedule and fit me in, in less than 24 hours. The trolley was really clean and beautifully decorated, we got so many great pictures. They were on time and the driver was great. We got so many compliments and it really made our wedding day! I highly HIGHLY recommend this company!

From the moment we were engaged, all we wanted was a trolley to transport our guests to and from the church, hotels, and reception site. We originally booked through another trolley service in Saratoga (one year in advance) and at 7:00 p.m., during our rehearsal dinner, the night before our wedding, we received a EMAIL that our current transportation was flaking out on us and leaving us to deal with the hassle of finding a last minute ride for 80 of our guests. Fortunately, we had an awesome wedding planner and she called Albany Aqu Ducks the morning of our wedding and they were more than happy to help make our dream come true. They were extremely flexible with our situation and completely empathized. Not only did they move around their own schedule to accommodate us last minute, but they were more affordable than our original trolley service and they were on time, friendly, and just a great company to work with. If you need a trolley in the Albany/Saratoga area, save yourself the hassle that we went through and go with Albany Aqu Ducks.

This was so much fun. Our driver was wonderful and the trolley was decorated perfectly. Plus - there was plenty of room in here for a puffy bridal gown. I would recommend this over a limo any day - it fits so many more people, saves the dresses from wrinkling too much, and it cost less than all of the limos we looked at. Tip: have the photographer ride with you so he can get some fun pictures of you on the trolley.

We hired the trolley the weekend of our wedding as a last minute idea. They were very accommodating and we could fit more people than we would have in a limosine. Everyone had a blast and it made a great photo op. The driver was very punctual and it was decorated beautifully for a wedding. It definitely was a great addition to the day and it was also very affordable.

Wonderful! The Trolley was spotless, the driver courteous and it was a fun way to transport our entire bridal party together! They are an excellent value if you have a large bridal party or are looking for a way to transport your guests.
